>road levers with v-brakes
you'll have slightly less than 0.5 mm of pad to rim clearance, and as the pads wear down the hand lever starts to have over an inch of dead travel.
that and the only braking modulation available is using two fingers, else the wheel is too easy to lock up.
only advisable if your wheels are perfectly true and your brake cables have barrel adjusters at both ends or at least inline.

Mini V brakes are kind of wooden, still likely better performance than low profile cantilevers. pad clearance is about 1 mm
cantilevers provide a bit more pad clearance (1.5 mm) and smooth post pads can be adjusted asymmetrically.

the tektro 926AL looks like its arms are stubby and slightly short, I this could be set with a bit more pad clearance.
tektro RX1 arms being a bit longer and thinner will bend and be relatively spongy.
both have metal barrels for adjusting the return spring, briddy good as they will retain their thread for much longer.

kek, type of pad adjustment contributes to this allot
cantilevers require absolutely perfect set up to work well, esp the low profile ones.
imo medium profile cantilevers and the best, easy to set up.
wide profile cantis tend to be flexy and get caught on things / easy to damage
