the shoulder bash's damage is cracked, its a dash and the hit box is an aoe bubble that hits behind you too. just spam it and go from there. there are situations where you might want to do the aoe stomp for the stagger. most people also use the charge attack skip, but I dont, i like the punch attack a lot, there is zero delay going from a heavy to a light, but if you go from a heavy to a heavy there is a long delay, I always start combos with a punch
