W2C the software to program motorola radios? I've got an RS232 card, and I think the unit has some big P25 general purpose box somewhere. I with a 40$ baomeme and a copy of CHIRP shouldn't outpace the military unit I work for capabilities on for basic radioman work when they have 5000$ handsets.
