The sex pest is one of the few that won't follow Origin Karlach to hell when she "romances" it, by the way. I put "romance" in quotes, because a romantic relationship implies commitment, not avoidance of it. Ascended Astarion refuses to follow Karlach unless you exploit a loophole. Sharranheart refuses as well, but that's to be expected of her bad path.

Minthara admires Karlach's indomitable will to live, and the contrast between her ferocity and vulnerability. She might have been a slave, but she carries no slave mentality. Karlach x Minthara is a cute ship because the latter is emotionally intelligent and doesn't just reduce her to a stereotype like you did.
