So many isekai protagonist and villains are so brain-dead, just having the power of common sense would allow you to solo the entire setting.
Honestly the cheat powers don't really irritate me, the attitude is what pisses me off. Some authors spend so much pages dick-riding the MC, warping the entire story to praise the MC and his party of ass-kissers for doing basically nothing of real worth, it becomes unbearable, it fills me with the urge to incarnate as a villain and spend at least one "arc" beating the shit out of the MC and his party of braindead onaholes.
I don't want to kill main characters because that is 1.Evil, 2. Disrespectful to the author. 3. I don't actually hate them enough to kill. But goddamn do I want to make certain isekai MC's bleed for their victories, no more ass-kissing the MC just because he is "kind", I want to make those fuckers cry tears of blood to earn every victory.
I know it's not good for my mental health, but sometimes I like to imagine how my favorite villains in fantasy, like certain characters from First law trilogy, would behave if they were dropped in certain isekai works, and it fills me joy imagining how much pain they would deliver before being defeated.
