Adolf Hitler was a monstrous murderer. This criminal started a war and committed genocides, and then he killed himself to escape the justice of the Nuremberg trials. Why does anybody still follow this evil loser?

He might have tried covering up his forehead somewhat because of that. In the film Sieg Des Glaubens, from 1933, you could even see a couple of brief moments when he has an almost full forehead-covering fringe, yet still swept from the side. After 1933, Hitler usually didn't go so extreme with the forehead-covering as in the period between 1928-1933, but sometimes, he let his locks loose.
