If Batman really wanted to fight crime he could use Bruce Wayne’s vast fortune to build schools in impoverished areas, give every child in Gotham a scholarship, provide food, housing, and employment to every citizen in Gotham, donate money specifically to create a vast police network and robust district attorneys office to fight organized crime.

But Batman doesn’t want to end crime Batman wants to fight crime and he’s just a self indulgent billionaire who perpetuates the system in order to fulfill his mentally ill fantasies all while pretending what he’s doing is for the greater good.
