No they didn't. In fact Tom and Harry went to party in the holodeck just a few hours after Voyager had lost 11% of their energy reserves to the living nebula thing. Though that being said, they invited Janeway in to come party in the holodeck at the end of the episode when they had lost even more energy reserves and Janeway was like "oh fuck yeah a pool table let's party" so it's possible it takes more energy to replicate a single coffee than it does to run the holodeck for multiple days.
