this is starting to feel very nitpicky but i think youve misinterpreted the hamstrings as one large muscle mass-- connecting it to the center of the leg--instead of showing it as two separate things attaching to both sides of the knee. i could be wrong but pic related is what i think is going on.
on top of that, you've drawn his pose as a bit more erected, with less of a bend in the leg than the reference, which should result in even less of the red shape showing as part of the silhouette, compounding the initial error.
