I'm becoming less willing to go out and do stuff and talk to people (not that I was a social butterfly before). I just want to go to the gym and spend time at home in my garden and wood shop, or watching anime or reading. I'm also more particular about my bedtime.
I'm really enjoying smoking briskets/ribs, but I can't do it super often because macros. Other cooking is a little more flexible with that. I've gotten into coffee too, which is both expensive and delightful.
I'm being made to face the high probability that I have either severe ADHD or mild autism. As life demands more, I'm starting to actually struggle to keep up with things and accomplish goals. I don't really want to go to therapy or get on meds, so I'm starting to look into building better habits.
Lifting is going ok, cardio is going ok.
Getting married next month. Own a house, six figure remote job, etc etc.
