This is pseud shit and I'm tired of seeing it.
Anyone who has successfully led men in any role of responsibility where stuff is on the line - be it civilian or military - knows that ideally even the most retarded person on your team has a basic gist of the 'why'. This improves efficacy AND allows your men to seize the initiative when it appears because they actually have some idea what the fucking point of the operation is.
Demanding blind obedience unto what appears like complete failure is the most insectoid shit I've ever seen.
