In the making of video the director said that he always wanted to make more Panty & Stocking seasons ever since 2011 but some legal problems prevented him from doing so until Trigger got the full rights...so if this season is only 13 episodes that would feel like a waste since this is clearly a one and done as there's no way they're getting Panty's VA out of retirement for more seasons (they were unable to get Kneesocks' VA out of retirement for example), I think the season should at least be 16 episodes long instead of 13, even season 1 had 14 episodes if you include the OVA

Even this season's debut was all about Panty and not Stocking, I don't see Stocking getting much focus this season either since most of the trailers and preview pics seem to either focus on Panty or have Panty in them with some excluding Stocking altogether, plus they're adding more characters that will suck most of the screentime, going by the trailers and preview pics it seems as if we are getting some demon sisters episodes (them as maids, them cooking, them fighting ghosts, them playing football, etc...), so Stocking ain't getting much it seems at least not much on her own but instead shares her scenes with the other girls
if this season is 13 episodes like the first that means Trigger needs to stop making 10 to 13 episodes long shows and make them at least 24 like Kill La Kill just so they can pull them off at a better pace
