Panty and Stocking was crazy good this week

honestly there's only a couple of japanese companies that could even handle making a game on the scale of genshin or hsr. it's a gigantic financial risk which is kryptonite to the boomers still running these companies, on top of needing the proper manpower to continuously keep up in an overcrowded genre. i don't think people really understand how insane it is for hoyo to pump out updates for these games in a little over a month consistently, that's part of the reason why they rapidly gained success

your perspective is skewed because you've likely been at max level for a long time and play events and such regularly, most people don't. mora is a huge bottleneck because building lots of characters costs a ton. you can accumulate more as you need to build less on your account over time
