it 'works' so if people wanted to skip nautika they'd easily be able to make e2 eternity work with the same team you'd use for nautika. and she definitely dos do big damage once her immortality hits t3 and starts auto-casting her ult. But if you were gonna roll for nautika I'd still say spending resources on eternitys 2nd euphoria is a waste since nautika dos way more damage
