The over-world is getting a full art rework and a bunch of new locations
enemies are getting buffed
24 new enemies
4 or 5 new bosses
a new pursuer that replaces Needles when he's dead
3 new dungeons
3 new Rher dimensions
new effigy spawns that can be randomized
Mauler bros in regular mode
nerfs to black smog and meat grinder
general DoT nerfs
new spells and abilities
a metric fuckton of lore (miro said it'd be a lot)
new side quests (I'm really looking forward to the news agency one)
fishing and only being able to craft food at stoves
maybe new PCs.

I bet we're getting a Prehevil grand library and Enki's gonna be there or something.
