OP, the above is right, you're first time will ALWAYS be in your top 5 worst sessions. Maybe not THE worst, but definitely up there. This has been the case for everyone I know, male or female, without exception.
The quick shot is normal. The regret it wasn't "better" is normal, and so is the angst that comes after. Don't sweat it, pat yourself on the back for hitting a life milestone, and move on.
Also, don't wig out about how long you last in the sack. Everyone lies until they're about 30, then everyone stops caring. For most dudes 7min is a statistical average, which works well, because after age 21 the mucus membrane in most vaginas can only function for about 9.
