I'm there right now for the first time since I was a kid. I was 11 when this part of the map was released back in 2008. Basically we have a Telvanni town just outside where the locals joke about the ruins being a literal nothingburger while the Imperials keep poking around inside. I don't want to spoil anyone's experience, but the interior is like a Daggerfall dungeon with countless corridors and several huge atriums. The place has been looted a long time ago. The old TR team didn't know what to do obviously, they just kept expanding the overworld map with little thought on what to do with it. Maybe they planned on doing the map first and content second... It just didn't work.

I haven't been there in at least 13 years, I've heard some Telvanni parts were remade. I'm going to check Firewatch and Helnim out.
