Audacity is one of them (though I'd recommend DarkAudacity since it's superior imo)
But in my case, I use LMMS, which is basically FL Studio but for linux users, it was initially Linux exclusive but it became available for windows and mac later, it's more open source and if you're good at coding, you can modify it to your liking
