I watched Fatal Instinct last weekend. Not a bad movie, fairly funny, maybe not as funny as Naked Gun but pretty close. It's better if you're a fan of neo-noir and those early 90s erotic thrillers. I laughed when the main dude is tailing the femme fatale in his car and inside his car he has venetian blinds and a ceiling fan.
