The "boring" archetype they're describing is a blanket archetype that extends to any and all characters deemed "Not cool" by retarded tertiaries. DBZSpics and the like consider anybody who isn't perpetually shouting and attacking some villain to be boring, and as such you get slop like picrel as the bread and butter.
