Given how the three available games run so far, they're probably prioritizing fixing things first and then making sure there's nothing wrong with anything else they add.
N64 was like that too but it's long been resolved mostly, I'm guessing they don't want a PS+ Classics situation where they throw a bunch of games up all at once and then need several years to fix all of them. Legend of Dragoon was the worst one so far, and it's still broken to an extent three years later. https://youtu.be/LNenMUdikc8 Makes no sense when Sony already had a working emulator for PS1 and PS2 games all those years ago, but I guess they threw those out after moving Playstation to California.
