They cut:

>Ch 23 Kazuya stalks Ruka for way longer and is way more committed to prevent her blackmailing
>Ch 25 Kazuya wanted to end the rental relationship to prevent further issues but Chizuru stopped him

>In Ch 35 during the shrine visit they spotted Mami and Kazuya had to hold Ruka and cover her mouth which made her fucking lose it. Mami also spotted Kazuya think she was hallucinating due to her obsession.

Overall it wasn’t as cringe to read as it was to watch and the anime seemed to double down on the cringe. And Chizuru’s (and other girls’) attachment to Kazuya felt more believable in the source material than in the anime.
