Actually there are no first innings declarations with no wickets.

I know in first class cricket that an Australian non-test team playing New Zealand had the openers rack up 503 but they declared when the first wicket fell (the pitch was awful and New Zealand only played spinners on Day 2 until lunch when the wicket fell, declaration came and NZ refused to bat so the game was abandoned but not withdrawn from records).
