I'm glad Sonic is on an upward trend, and if the current fans are happy then I'm happy for them. I never expected the live action movies to turn out halfway decent, so them being hits was a pleasant surprise. Sonic's movie design went from unholy abomination to one of my favorite designs for the character. I want the franchise to succeed, even if it's not for me anymore.
