It was either that or more AA and i'd rather him have that small proc chance in the odd situation that comes up where he isn't guaranteed to crit. Guy is going to guarantee super 3 times in a turn which is 3 chances to proc, so AA really becomes pointless past a certain point. I don't understand these people with 30 AA on their Gogeta.
