Even if you steelman PirateFaggot's argument and strawman Ross's in that some of the points SGK made are going too far and would impose unreasonable demands on developers, then his argument STILL doesn't stand for multiple reasons:
The citizen initiative is not a referendum, it simply forces EU to review the initiative. They can and will reject and modify certain parts of it and not simply approve it as is.
There is a power imbalance between developers and customers. Customers are already at the mercy of devs (game doesn't work? lmao we might or might not fix it) and even if the initiative is somewhat unfair to devs, it is correcting an already existing power dynamic.
So even if you take the strongest interpretation of FaggotSoftware shitty excuse of an argument and the weakest interpretation of Ross's argument, it's still in favour of SGK and signing the initiative.
