All teams are pretty mixed, I can't think of any that is particularly white. If you consider pic related white, then the best I could find is Coritiba (currently in the second division).
Belo Horizonte teams may seem popular but it's just because the state of Minas Gerais export lots of people to the rest of Brazil. People who are not from there don't really care about Belo Horizonte clubs. That also means they are the most neutral choice. If you choose a team from São Paulo, fans from the other teams will laugh at you.
