The Land of the Ever Young is TNN. Avalon gets conquered by man and the forces dispersed in that conflict become Ys and Eriu. The rest just go back to TNN who, for whatever reason, doesn't get involved in the ages after EA. I guess Illwinter couldn't make up his mind between either burning TNN to the ground or de-mystifying it so it would fit in with the later ages.
