I don't like the way Kaguya and the other ayys were implemented in Naruto but I think as a concept they could be cool. I think the issue is that they came so late in the story that they feel really out of place to me. They'd definitely have to start over completely to fit them in in a way I'd enjoy, but I think it could be possible.
