not really, i'm skinny already and it messes with my blood sugar, but it does work, stupid stubborn body goes after the convenient energy first and just ignores all the stuff it's stored. you're better off starting a cardio regimen though, but i hear fasting works for fat people very well, think it is hard on your heart however where cardio has many benefits besides making you skinny. it is hard work though, but probably requires less discipline than fighting hunger, something i cannot do myself. if you saw me you would listen to my fitness advice btw.
