Nah, it’s legit autism. Ghostblade doesn’t lack emotions; he feels deeply, but for most part he can’t identify those emotions. He’s easily flustered, incapable of manipulating anyone as sociopaths do, and he’s a terrible liar - just look how he automatically said yes when Loli’s dad was questioning him about his alleged crush on Nuonuo. He was asked if he had feelings for her so he said yes, even though any normal person would have lied and denied it to save face. He does technically have feelings for her (as a father), so he admitted it even if it meant creating a further misunderstanding.
