Yes, I think that's fully possible, from multiple angles.

On a meta angle, Guilty might have liked the reception to Nightmare and sought to set up a premise that would justify similar setups of rough sex in a Toriko-style narrative. I dare say Homura might have even been the result of such a desire.

From an in-universe standpoint, yeah, there's the point that the girls are explicitly more fit than in previous entries, but there's also the men on the opposite side of the equation to consider too: Hayato has a pseudo-Social Darwinist view of things and he's unlikely to be sympathetic to girls he's "defeated" and is "superior" to (read: beat with a combination of his steroids and rigged fights) when raping them. Atsuma is described as becoming too hyped up on horniness and adrenaline after a fight, so he's likely to go full throttle regardless of how the girl reacts. And the old man is driven by a metaphorical and literal hate boner for Suzune's father, so he'll likely gladly be rough and tumble with his enemy's daughter and her friends.

The only question then becomes how exactly that will manifest, because I'm not so sure that scenes of shibari or bondage necessarily align with "rougher treatment because the girls are perceived to be stronger." And it also raises the question on whether Miyori will be treated any differently, or if her being physically weaker and less skilled than the others might invite even more rough sexual treatment.

But time will tell.
