I enjoyed the environment, most of the time it is only you and your partner with zero oversight so you really learn how to improvise and adapt to a variety of situations where you must do multiple jobs at once.
Some people who are very social (not me) enjoy talking with the variety of patients, mostly geriatrics who are the bulk of your patient interactions. Sometimes you'll find people with really interesting lives that you get to ask them all about. Sometimes you meet fellow shitposters and gamers. I've called a patient nigger faggot to their face before and gotten great laughs without being reported. It also really helped me practice social interactions so I don't COMPLETELY dread going outside, or at least I can appear calm now regardless of what is going on.

I've seen my fair share of people LiveLeak'd IRL, turned to paste from car crashes, suicides, shootings, people melted into their couches, having to give death reports to families when their relatives die while I'm working on them etc...
Presently, I don't deal with it. Sorta just bottle it up and wait for it to pop. A lot of people have to do therapy which usually has the cost covered by whoever you work for.I grew up on this website and the early days of the internet watching videos of people dying for entertainment. I don't think I am entirely sane, which also helps.
