From what I remember, the basic concept ideas were something like:
>You were a gnome secretly living in a human village.
>You had to perform tasks to get the villagers to believe in you.
>The more belief you had the more you could do.
>You also had to protect your believers from thieves etc.
>Children would leave sweets for you.

It probably would have had exploration gameplay somewhat similar to the game Ichima-San.
