My thoughts after the CBT:
The comparison with Blue Archive is retarded, only the live2ds have the same style. Everything else from gameplay to general art style, to progression to character design has virtually nothing in common with it. (Barely any cunny too)
Visual presentation is pretty top notch, very responsive and kinda has its own identity in terms of UI and general quality. Felt very polished on the whole.
Gacha and rate of progression is atrocious. It's basically a sidegrade of Hoyo gacha. Having limited characters with a coinflip and no guarantee, combined with a constellation system so dupes matter for them, combined with the disc system where you need three of them for each team and those dupes benefit from dupes as well. Raising characters was easier during the CBT but the stamina costs for farming materials are insanely high for the rates and requirements.
Gameplay is fun but I think there's a lot of honeymoon period here and we haven't really seen any endgame yet. In the long run you'll spend most of your time just repeatedly running the roguelite so you can minmax your build because RNG can screw you over.
UI-wise there's a lot of missing info or QoL but that's one part they can work on and improve later.
