since this seems to be just taking co in-game power level into account, green earth needs to be way higher. javier is potential man, jess is just max+ in this game because he got nerfed and shes buffed, the speed you charge powers and the tag mechanic make drake extremely good even on maps without ships and the "take a 2nd turn for 3 stars" version of lightning drive is just the single most horseshit regular power in the game

kanbei and sturm are fucked up but they also have sonja and flak dragging them down and yeah green earth is a bit of a meme in aw2 because they're the last campaign so they made them mediocre to make it harder
