Honestly most of the workflows shared are a nightmare. I have 10 nodes. Most of them just loading stuff (diffusion model, vae, lora, etc).
One of the best ways to learn is to take your workflow and strip it down as bare as possible. Then try to add stuff back in. You'd be surprised how few of the nodes are doing anything note worthy.
