I'm mid 30's and married so I'm not the best person to ask, but I don't think Zoomer women care that much anymore about job/social status. I mean they do and they don't.
For example, If I were a guy stacking grocery store shelves but I drive a beautiful 1980's Ford Bronco and I work out and dress nice, I'm probably going to get the girl over the same guy who's a lawyer, doesn't have time to work out, and drives a piece of shit Toyota Camry from 2003. Younger women aren't thinking about settling down anymore, just about the here and now, so dudes flashing cash is more appealing to them than any future status possibilities.
