Far better option to get during mobilization is M/85 LBE. It has padding and holds all you need to fight a WW3. Well, the mag pouch has 3 slots and is kinda tight. But you can carry more mags on the GP pouch. And if needed and you can get some, you can attach some extra pouches to it to make it even modern. On top of the rear pouches you can have a bag attached and there you can carry extra clothes like a overcoat or layers to put under your uniform or what ever you might need with you. Rest of your stuff you can carry in a M/85 "Ball" backpack. It's like if you took an ALICE pack and took the frame off and made it a bit worse. Still better than Veshmeshok...
