>being 500 pounds lighter,
This only matters in tight road courses
>actually being able to see out the windows
You've never driven one, have you?
>not having an ugly ipad dash
The BRZ also has an 8 inch ipad dash. In fact, the base Camaro has a smaller infotainment than the base 2nd gen BRZ. Both the center screen and the gauge cluster screen are smaller.
>not having a steering wheel with the girth of a polish sausage
Never in 20+ years of driving have I EVER heard someone complain about the thickness of a steering wheel.

>Only the SS is worth it and that's $20k plus tip more
A 1LS with the LTG was 25k new until 2023 and can make nearly 400hp with E85 and a tune while weighing ~3300lbs.
A supercharged LGX can also make a bit over 400hp at around ~3500lbs.
SS suspension and wheels can be bolted on without additional modification. It was even a factory option on 1LT/2LT/3LT RS models.
>It's not a terrible car but for straight line speed I'd rather have an s550 stang
Stock for stock they're matched in the quarter mile but the Camaro destroyed the S550 GT in everything else. A regular SS is on par with the GT performance and a SS 1LE can beat a Mach 1 HP for nearly 15k less. The Coyote excels with boost over the LT1.
What the fuck are we even arguing about at this point.
