Spent 2 days in Tokyo, took the shinkansen down to Fukuoka where I hiked a few spots, stayed in a capsule hotel, ate decent food for 3 days. Went to Iki Island via ferry for 3 days, returned to Fukuoka for another 3 and then flew back to Tokyo to spend the remaining 6. Didn't really do much in the specific sense, spent a lot of time walking miles and miles through random neighborhoods, stores, restaurants, that sort of thing.
