Come on, they had to reuse a lot of assets for the later part from that sci-fi game they never got to finish and they had literally one day of QA testing, but it was complete. I'd say that the game largely delivers on the idea of post-apocalyptic Spetznaz tactical action (though working through classic Fallout formula was a strange decision), especially with the mutants (Bishop Defcon and the initial assault where you pick up wounded Brotherhood troops were pure KINO, among other things), though the robot missions and the insistence on speccing into energy weapons is a bitch and a half considering that lasers and plasma aren't a projectile but look as such. Had my fun with it.
