I'm not sure if 54 people, 18 per section, split across a 20-year gap, in a specific geological area can be taken as a solid sample size and it also wouldn't surprise me if people started to just copy-paste if you're writing a SAT essay every month and you can just delegate it to the AI, although it seems like they had to perform other tasks as well outside the essay writing?
Whatever the case, many are mentioning how there's a 'right' way to use AI, for research and consulting, which I agree with, but even seasoned Developers at large companies have expressed that they've felt a neurological-like fatigue from using AI tools. So it's worth taking this as a warning that you should take a break from prompting at least twice a week.

My favorite thing about modern development is that React/Typescript developers continue to beat this drum despite being one of the largest sources of complication in a code base, management keeps trying to introduce 'agile' with the most complex Kanban boards possible, and NOBODY thinks about how the business actually makes money and tries to focus on that.
