I'm thorn between wanting more Bleach just to see how the gang is doing and getting some flashy but ultimately empty fan service, and knowing there's absolutely no point on continuing this story as it stands since the realms have stabilized, the ultimate evil Emperor guy was vanquished, and Ichigo's gotten over his trauma about losing his mother and formed a family of his own. The one huge elephant in the room that was never delved into and could at least justify some kind of epilogue coda was the Shinigami and SS's shadiness as a whole, but Kubo seems to have zero interest in addressing that ever in favor of portraying the Shinigami upper echelon at least as unabashadly heroic or at least well meaning. The only other route worth exploring would be a few additional chapters of nothing but SoL, but that's never happening under shonen jump.
