I'll vouch for the top 3 being excellent. Common sentiment is DLATMOL is the best hack and I agree but I still like Tacthack more. And some fuckin sperg even made a flat out review for SoHaE.
Not on the list that I could recommend if gameplay is your focus is Myrm Emblem, and to a further extreme, Midori.
