Doesn't mean there are rapes and groping nonstop. Of course Tokyo is better(unless you go to wrong districts) but Finland isn't like 1st world countries like USA, UK, or Germany with constant raping, sexual harrasment etc.
I just found it funny that our 3rd world country is better in that aspect.
