Maybe you should try playing the game before spewing stupid bullshit. V's jobs don't even give you all of their tools at once. The most powerful skills require a grind. Nothing approaching XI's since it's a single player game, mind you, but the point is that they still FUNCTION at base level, and that's what makes it fun. You can see what a job is all about and experiment.
