Just imagine how powerful the son or daughter born from Shirou and Sakura would be. Imagine if he or she got Sakura's mana supply or access to the root due to being in Sakura's mana saturated womb, then trained by Shirou into using magecraft or being born with a powerful crest.
A shame Shirou lost the Emiya time alter magical crest because as far as I know, UBW can't be inherited.
