Heaven's Feel is the route she's featured in, but you have to go through Fate and Unlimited Blade Works (the first 2 routes of the VN) first in order to understand what's going on in the story.
The VN is the way to go no matter what, but if you really want to be an anime-only, you can watch the DEEN Fate anime (excl. 3 episodes that aren't suitable to your watch order), the Ufotable UBW anime and THEN the HF movies.
After that you're bound by law to read Hollow Ataraxia, ie. the VN sequel to Stay Night where even anti-wormfags can admit Sakura's written well in it and is super cute. It's also got a cool story to go with the SoL.
That's mostly it though. Sakura gets cameo appearances in other Fate stuff, but that's just it, cameos. Or Sakura-adjacent characters that are her but not actually her. You'll get I mean later

Heaven's feel was kind of a disappointment after hearing everyone say it was so great. Like I have two massive problems with it. Firstly they LAUGHABLY underplayed how much of a cosmically big deal it was for shirou to take the holy shroud off. He has a bit of an episode in the tub when he takes a sliver of it off. In the vn he's having an existential crisis anytime he tries to take it off. Then you have the scene where he takes it off so they can look into his mind to try and recreate the sword from the past. They just pan over the three and shirou is kinda just sitting down like it's another day? So that felt really bad. The second thing is the relationship between shirou and illya is not believable at all. What I mean by that is at the very end of the movie when shirou cries out her name in like complete agony because she's gunna dissapear. It's not believable at all. They didn't spend nearly enough time making me believe that shirou emiya actually cared that much about her in the movies. Like fuck I guess you can't make the movie 5 hours long but the reaction he has at the end just didn't make any sense at all.
