Here's something I just thought of. She's not a dwarf or a midget. Her condition is usually depicted as her body physically not aging past the age of 5. Despite this, in her reappearance she does have some noteable curves in her civilian outfit. That could just be timm's style refusing to not give a woman an hourglass figure.But I wonder if she's meant to have an adult woman's body just shrunk down, OR if she's just wearing clothes that accentuate her curves for the purpose of appearing more like a small adult.

Like here she appears pretty flat and uncurvy. And that could also just be clothes or a tight binding to further the illusion, but it would be easier and make more sense for her character that she's actually stuffs her bra or accentuating clothing than it is that she purposely tries to hide those features as Baby Doll.
